Vinetrust Networks & Engineering Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced EHS Lead Supervisor to oversee safety compliance for our multi country telecom rollout projects across West Africa. You will ensure safe execution of all engineering activities including site build, tower work, RF/MW installations, power systems, and fiber deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce Ericsson Global EHS Standards on all project sites.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Approve JHAs, Method Statements, and Work Permits before work begins.
- Monitor high-risk activities (WAH, rigging, lifting, electrical work).
- Ensure all team members use proper PPE and follow safe-work procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Travel across West Africa to support field teams and audits.
Requirements
- Strong background in telecom EHS supervision (Ericsson experience preferred).
- Certifications in First Aid, WAH, Rigging Safety, Fire Safety, and Defensive Driving.
- Ability to enforce safety standards across multi-country operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa.
