Vinetrust Networks & Engineering Ltd is seeking to hire skilled Microwave Transmission Engineers to support microwave links deployments across West Africa. You will also contribute to tower works, power systems, fiber, and turnkey site build activities as part of a multi disciplinary engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, align, and commission Ericsson MW radios (MINI-LINK 6000, MINI-LINK TN, PT, and associated indoor units).
- Perform link budget validation, ATPC configuration, XPIC setup, and QoS optimization.
- Conduct LOS surveys, path analysis, and MW acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot transmission issues, alarms, and performance degradation.
- Support RAN and Core teams during integration and cutover activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, link reports, and site records.
- Travel across West Africa for deployment and support assignments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Ericsson MINI-LINK platforms.
- Proficiency in MW planning tools and alignment techniques.
- Ability to climb towers and perform rigging-related tasks safely.
- Willingness to travel across West Africa.
- Valid WAH, Rigging, and RF Safety certifications (preferred).
