Vinetrust Networks & Engineering Ltd is seeking to hire experienced RAN Engineers to join our 4–5person deployment teams supporting multi country rollout projects across West Africa. You will contribute to RAN integration and broader telecom infrastructure activities including turnkey site build, power systems, fiber, and RF/MW installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and integrate Ericsson RAN equipment (Baseband, Radio, RRUs, AIR, mRRU, BBU).
- Perform NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB configuration, parameter loading, and software upgrades.
- Conduct RAN acceptance tests, KPI validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support swap, modernization, and new site rollout activities.
- Work closely with MW, Core, and EHS teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
- Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and integration logs.
- Travel across West Africa for project deployments (short and long-term assignments).
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Strong understanding of OSS, ENM, and RAN integration workflows.
- Ability to work at height and perform field installations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa.
- Certifications in Ericsson RAN, WAH, RF Safety (an advantage).
